Continuously getting an error of "missing ssleay32.dll" when i try to play command & conquer ultimate collection

I was just wondering if you have had any success with this problem yet. I just got it and downloaded Tiberian Sun w/ Firestorm and got the same error.

Hi I am having similar problems to others.

In the last week or so many of the C%C games downloaded in the bundle have stopped working. they load, you can login it thiks about it opens then fades away. I have got an error message Missing file ssleay32.dll so Im guessing this will make it easier to rectify.

C&CU Additional Content won't start up saying "Missing required file "ssleay32.dll". and I've reinstalled it already nothinc changes. How do I fix this?

I have just received command and conquer the ultimate collection for crimbo, however, when I downloaded the original game through Origin the game will not run due to a missing dll (ssleay32.dll). I have downloaded the dll but I am not sure where this dll should be placed can anybody help

This happened to me when I tried to run it in compatibility mode and came up before the origin updater thingo.

Im assuming the ultimate collection is meant for windows 7+ only so if you have it in compatibility mode turn that off.

I bought Command and conquer ultimate collection via download through origin for my PC. I have no problems with any of the games but C&Q 4. I have installed and uninstalled  this one several times but it will not work somehow I eventually got an error about "ssleay32.dll" which I have found in my files so it isn't missing. Please help!
