Crate won't open and gone after re-open the app

Hi, Today I reached level 9, when I got the new crate to open, the open button won't click no matter how I tried. So I had to force close the app and re-open it. The problem is that when I re-opened...

@avenxyc It's not possible for us to grant missing crates, as the game is only in alpha you may run into issues such as the above.
