Didnt get rivals race rewards

Hey @Gr8rthangravity thanks for reaching out! Just want to clarify, you didn't get your rewards for the last race or one from a few weeks ago? If it's a few weeks ago I will need some dates to work around and look to confirm this!

I believe the race ended july 9th.

Hey @Gr8rthangravity apologies for the delay. I've looked into your account and don't see any activity past the 8th of July until the 26th of July and as a result it's possible your rewards expired during that time. I also don't see an end result for that race so it likely expired too. In this case, it's best if you reach out to our support team from within the game and they can provide you with compensation if you missed out. You can reach them from Settings > Help.

Could you check me out too? I had same problem a few days ago, won both rival races but no reward. My ID is: GTPQKGBC

The same happened to me today. I was first place in the NOD-Race but after I start the game there was a error-message (something with authentication).
