@nnick58201 1.Locate your C&C Generals or C&C Zero-Hour folder in your Program Files.
2.Locate the file dbghelp.dll
3.Delete the file.
4.Attempt to start Generals again.

@Bloemfonteijn How do you find the dbghelp.dll file? I cant seem to find it in the C&C program folder

Hey there, I had this issue as well. The link above fixed it for me
Just deleted 2 files in 2 folders, worked like a charm. I also changed the frame resolution to 1920 x1080 which worked as well. So thanks guys! I never really post anything on forums but this sure helped my out!
