Directx error tiberium sun/generals/c

Oke this helped for a bit.... 

After trying to manual start the directx download I had the same error.... After reviewing the error log I found out that It was impossible for the program to write or remove. That had something to do with my iobit malware/virus defender. After turning the defender off and restarted I applied admin rights to all the dx programs used during the setup wich had the following results...

Generals worked without a problem
tiberium sun replies with the following message : unable to set video mode 
Tiberium wars insisted on the same directx problem... internal error 

with this mssga in the log
