Not sure if this will work for everyone, but it worked for me. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Command and Conquer Red Alert II\__Installer\directx\redist (Or wherever your game files would be) and run DXSETUP.exe, then tell Origin to install the game. Hope it works.
