I too had issues with donations. Its like I wanted to donate all my predator cards to my alliance as someone is in the need for those cards.
Not sure if you're trying to be sarcastic. I'm not suggesting they remove all restrictions. There's a daily 1,500 credits/XP limit which I often hit by early evening. This seems very low.
