I haven't seen them used much so can't really judge, but from what I have seen and from when I used them briefly I'd say no they're not op. I wouldn't use them in your deck though, they seem better suited for sacrificing to boost stronger units like the giga cannon etc. The sort of unit you would use oxanna on and then double it up with the fanatics. If used right I can see them being very strong but like many units they need a specific situation to be really good which might make them seem op in some situations but not for every deck and every match.

-Level 9 for all units.
I think I could of reach Tiberuim if I had full level 10.
Nevertheless, I had fun.
