Game Balance and Matchmaking - We want your feedback!

My IGN is Cheshire, number is #7dVCTKTX. You can see for yourself that my units average level 8-9, though I've recently been able to move most of them towards level 9. My Nod winrate currently is not amazing, but as of currently it's above 50%. A lot of replays have been wiped after the updates, so I suppose I don't have all the proof I would like. Most of my Masters time was spent with level 7 or 8 units, I think mostly 8 if i remember correctly. However my recent games include wins against players who had at least 1 or 2 levels above mine. I think having anything more than 2 is quite rare, and should be seen as an exception rather than the norm. And even then I did win some against people with 3 levels before, though those are rare to begin with. There's no reason for me to make it up. Also, I do have a life too, for your information.
