games not repairing or crashing(command and conquer)

so why is it that an update causes tons of crashes with those in the sims and now i try to play command and conquer generals and other command and conquers and they either crash hard or cause the computer to restart with out being able to get through a mission whats it take to be smart like gaming companies used to be and actually make sure everything works properly with every update before putting it out i know why cause people are stupid enough to keep buying games that are broken because they dont wanna be left behind instead of pushing companies to be smart come on ea look at westwoods ip did any of them get anywhere as much hate as any game you have put out in the last 20 years i know my grammar is horrible sorry for that but come on really between what you have done to all of the ips you have gotten from other companies have done nothing but gone down hill weather from cheating or other stuff you dont take care of with out destroying many other things come on communication and getting things right maybe your games would be worth full price rather then people mostly trying to find ways to try or some deal that makes it cheap
