Having error code 20013 when purchasing in game

I use iPhone X with latest iOS 13. When purchasing in game it always says error 20013. Restart the game many times and it doesn’t help.

Playing the sims freeplay on my ipad and everytime i try to purchase something in the store with my apple account i get an error code “20013 general error” ive tried the steps you posted in the link and its still not allowing me to make purchases.
