Avatar is the last unit you get at level 60, he is level 45!!! there is something really wrong here. unless you can tell me how you can get a level 60 guy at level 45, or how a person goes down in levels, i am quite sure this is the Big 'C' word.
There was an avatar bundle in the shop a little while back. This is how he has the avatar before level 60. Definitely possible without being a cheater.
Anyone could buy it. It was available to my alt account which was around level 25 at the time. It worked the same way as the various unit events. E.g. I have Orca Bomber on my alt account and can use it but I'm not at the level to unlock it yet.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this guy is way too OP to be in the bronze rank. There is no way anyone else would be able to stay in that league for that long. I'd say he must be promoted to Gold or Plat league by next season so all the bronze players won't have to suffer from him knocking them out in every competition. The developers should be notified of this so the player may be expelled from the rank and moved somewhere higher, with or without the rewards.
@AlphonseDisciple you make a good point. Bundles are only available to those who have made it to the appropriate level that allows them to buy that unit bundle. For instance, I just made it to level 44 and the scarab bundle was offered to me for a certain amount of gems. The offer has a two day timer on it and after that it will disappear.
In defense of this person, perhaps there was an Avatar event prize that occurred at some point. Does anyone recall of this being the case. I remember when I was at level 9 there was an Orca Bomber event that gave you cards for the Orca Bomber if you won a certain amount of games and even me being at level 9 was allowed to win unit cards that were not accessible until level 43, namely the Orca bomber. Do you guys recall this event? If so was there one like this for the Avatar?

@EinarThePillager Does he belong in this level of course not. Should he be forced on to another level? No I don’t think so. I do believe EA could in fairness implement something that would require you to move to silver level if ranked 20 or higher and Gold level if ranked 40 or higher and Platinum Level once reaching level 60 as a means of moving forward if they so choose. However, I do not believe they necessarily have to enforce anything of this nature if they do not believe such restrictions are required. In the end people will always find a way to cheat the system and I don’t blame them with how expensive this game would be if you decided to pay to level all of your units up to level 15 like some do in the Tiberium level because they seemingly have copious amounts of money with nothing better to spend it on.
Could you imagine if a bunch of players like him sat on the bronze league just to clobber new players by the hundreds? This would be very horrifying to the new players as they get to face late tech that is usually after level 40. Units like flame tank, juggernaut, avatar and mammoth. Those units were moved up the level up system cause they're too OP. Epic cards when used often have little to no weakness. Maybe in certain leagues, some tech would be banned. I'd say those 4 units I mentioned should be banned from bronze to gold league. Too frightening to start a match and realize after the 1st nuke that there's an avatar greeting you or a mammoth. Players who stay at those ranks end up hurting the player base cause new players are pawned by strong OP units. They will then complain and then leave the game. So instead of a big positive player number acceleration, we'd have a smaller one if not negative.
