How is a Level 45 Allowed to Compete in Bronze League?

Look at this guy. He's a level 45 with units at level 9's. Yet somehow, he's allowed to compete in Bronze league in the Resourse Challenge with his levels downgraded to 6. It's impossible to be in Br...

@Foreva1st But wasn’t that only available to people who were of the proper level? Correct me if I’m wrong but you couldn’t just be level 1 and buy that offer.

Anyone could buy it. It was available to my alt account which was around level 25 at the time. It worked the same way as the various unit events. E.g. I have Orca Bomber on my alt account and can use it but I'm not at the level to unlock it yet.

    @Foreva1st Well on my account, no offer ever popped up until I was at the appropriate level. I was never offered a unit that was above my level. Usually when I make it to a level that unlocks a unit is when it pops up and tries to get me to waste money lol. But never early.

    There was a global offer for Avatar separate to the typical level offers.
