How to download The first Decade again , I have a none working CD

Unfortunately, you can't download the First Decade pack "again", given the fact it never was a download. The First Decade never existed as digital product on the EA store; it was only ever available as physical release.

The individual game keys can't be redeemed either, since they also don't exist as individual products on the platform; they only exist as part of The Ultimate Collection. And you obviously can't redeem TUC with a TFD key, since the full collection is much larger.
