How to get parabombs in red alert 1?

Are you talking about skirmish or multi player?

You can't get parabombs normally, but you can install the patch from cncnet.org and use the improved skirmish lobby to enable them

Yeah, they're normally a single player only superweapon, just like airstrike in C&C1. Parabombs in RA1 are given by the airstrip. You can get one-shot versions from crates though.

I chose multiplayer---->skirmish--->USSR--->OK to start the game.
