i already installed it, and when i want to use the application through the launcer, nothing happen?does anyone know how to resolve this problem? Thanks.
Is it greyed out or does just simply nothing happen?
I have exactly the same problem. an explorer folder appears with a launcher.exe inside. when double click it, nothing happens.
Open task manager and the "processes" tab and tell me if the program shows up there.
