Just to be clear, Red Alert 2 & Yuri's Revenge are not free to download. You have to have purchased Origin's C&C Ultimate Collection or have the game installed from another means like TFD, or a CD.
EA have not released these two games as Freeware. CnCNet only offers EA's officially announced Freeware games (Tiberian Dawn, Red Alert, Tiberian Sun) as part of its downloads. For Red Alert 2 & Yuri's Revenge CnCnet gives you an installer that places CnCNet components required to play online into an existing installation of Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge (Like from Origin's C&C Ultimate Collection) or an existing game install.
