problem is that they really dont look into the problem i know this bc they have closed acouple of my cases when the guy was really cheating

In addition to our own investigations, all reports of players cheating/hacking is investigated thoroughly. You are welcome to reach out to me through a private message if you have any questions or concerns about how it's being handled or would like us to check into something for you 🙂
- also there are players out there doing this on the regular but EA has no sack to go after them and they will blame it on your connection even tho you played all day without a single hick up....so there that
