I want to play command and conquer 4 and I want to know whether is it free

I have brought the command and conquer ultimate collection and I want to play command and conquer 4  and I want to know whether is it free to play or  by subscription

    Uhhh. If you bought TUC, you already bought the game. It's not free, but that doesn't matter, since you already bought it. There's no subscriptions or anything like that involved.
