CPU: Intel i7-8700K 3.70Ghz

GPU: Geforce GTX 1070M, graphic driver is up to date.

RAM: 16 gig

Resolution: 2560 x 1440

Windows 10 Home edition 64Bit with latest patch applied.

Playing at Full Screen, Game is installed in secondary HD with 1 Terabytes storage capacity.

Problem: Stuttering and lag while in game and menu (including Jukeboxes). In singleplayer campaign and skirmish.
