A small update from my side and observation. After pressing Start our lobby switch the state from pending to active. but few seconds later the lobby/match is dead. And we wait still in the game to connect (what never happens)
This I so faw I know mean, the game instance server crashed in a very early state. Standard maps worked yesterday better, custom not playable.
I hope its not a "the disk is full" issue.

I explained this theory to my team a week ago. As a result, we removed over 300 of our maps to potentially free up storage space. All the maps were custom-made, not stock maps. I suspect it's a database issue.

I am reaching out to you once again today — not out of impatience, but out of responsibility.
To this day, we have received no response regarding the severe server issues affecting Command & Conquer Red Alert Remastered. I would like to clearly underline what this situation truly represents.
I am the founder of CCLP eSports. Together with my team, we maintain and support a community of over 10,000 active members, almost entirely focused on C&C Red Alert Remastered. This community continues to grow steadily.
What has been built here is far more than a hobby.
It is a structured community and e-sports ecosystem that connects people, creates opportunities, and gives a shared passion a platform.
This is why the current silence weighs heavily.
The fact that there has been no communication or signal from EA at all regarding the current server situation is not only disrespectful to me personally, but also to thousands of dedicated players, organizers, volunteers, and viewers who invest their time and trust into this game.
This becomes even more critical looking ahead:
In February, I am organizing the largest C&C event of recent years at Xperion Cologne.
Several hundred people will attend live on site, and thousands more will follow the event via broadcast and stream.
The success — and even the feasibility — of this event depends entirely on stable and functioning multiplayer servers.
As an organizer, I currently feel not only under economic pressure, but also deeply concerned about my responsibility toward the people who rely on this project.
We are not asking for miracles — we are asking for communication.
Please give us a sign.
Please inform us about the current situation and whether solutions are being worked on.
Even a short status update would make a significant difference.

Please support the CCLP Esport project and fix the server issues so we can play our games properly as usual. Currently, a really good and sustainable project is in serious danger of being ruined. This project is also future-oriented and ensures that strategy games will continue to be purchased. We are no longer a small group, but a community of several thousand people who simply want to enjoy the game. Please fix the problems.

CCLPeSports well, the maps are stored at steam (steam version, how origin handle, i don't know). but to remove dead maps, tests etc., its a good idea.
The database for game results is still running
What I know, the game instance creation is fragile, no reconnect, a wrong character and it's crash. between disk full and windows /lib updates up to firewall kills it, everything is the lottery.
What ever happend, without looking on the AWS instances and the crash protocols, no fix. EA_Mako the strange thing is, last weekend there was times it was nearly down and in the other moment for hours it was running good and fast! And when I mean fast, really fast, no lags, longer games possible as usual.
Good to hear things were back to normal for a time at least, kanedaspring!
This is still under investigation and not considered resolved on our end, though I'm afraid I don't have much other information beyond that currently. Thanks for the continued details and patience, everyone.
