level 9b c&c has no spy
in level 9b of command & conquer remastered they say you need to use a spy, but there is not spy to click on to train, only soldier, engineer and medic, but no spy ☹️ also i cannot build a radar dom...

@Newulc That screenshot doesn't really show much. You need to go through the tech tree to unlock everything, and without seeing what you already built that's hard to evaluate.

btw i needed to build a ore ref. than a radar dome and than i could see the spy.
Well, you're supposed to build the essentials in each mission. Without income, you're not going to build much else anyway, so power and refinery are normally always what you start with.
Tech tree refers to this gradual unlocking of technology by building more things. The full trees can be seen here:
