lost cd key/restore

hello, please help me with an invalid key. I have the original CD-key at home, I entered it about two years ago, it worked, but now I can't play it Thank you for your help

Hey @kopido8 

  • Firstly, make sure that you log in to the EA app using correct EA Account to that you added the code. When you add a code to the EA library it will be staying in your account permanently.
  • Some of our classic games cannot be redeemed on the EA app or Origin and can only be played if you still have the game disc. 
  • If you lose a Product Code, contact us so we can help. We may ask you for proof of purchase, so have it ready.

    Hi,

    about a year or two ago I bought a new HDD and had to do things again got sick. I have the original game with the packaging, I bought it around 2018, but I can't find the proof of purchase, internet banking doesn't see that far.
