You can try and dowload the missing dll files from http://www.dll-files.com/ and paste the dll in your game directory, it worked for me.
Which ones do I download?
- That's usually not a good idea as the DLLs are there, it's something else that's the issue. Usually it's the admin problem but as you have tried that already I have no idea how to fix it.
