MISSING MUSIC COMPILATION for C&C Ultimate Collection

I've downloaded the Additional content but I cannot find music compilation in it. I've asked for EA HELP in living chat but in vain. The agent told me to post my issue here so that the Studios will see it from here on a regular basis and in the meantime she'll notify the Studios from her end. Wish us good luck.

Anybody the same problem?

    I'm guessing you're not in the USA? The soundtrack is only available to USA buyers, apparently. It's quite ridiculous that their own tech support would be unaware of this, though. (Of course, the fact it's USA-only is equally ridiculous...)

    Not that it's all that great; it's only a very small part of the C&C music collection (just a single CD, in the physical edition of TUC, which amounts to just one or two songs from every game), and it's not even lossless format; they're MP3s. You can quite easily find it on youtube by searching for "Command & Conquer Music Collection".

    If you're interested in C&C music, you're probably better off paying a visit to the jukebox on Frank Klepacki's website. It has all tracks (of the games he scored, at least) 😉

    Was that the issue then? You're not in the USA? Because I HAVE seen threads about this of US residents who didn't get the soundtrack 🤒

    I'm not in USA. But even if I changed a USA ip, it didn't work, so it may not the problem of residence.

    Never mind, I'm gonna find those songs from Internet. Thanks.

    Ah, no, that won't work: it checks your location at the moment you're buying it. The non-US version of TUC is really a different product than the US version, in their system.

    I got lucky; I got a key from the C&C community manager (back in the old days when C&C still had a community manager; these days I sometimes have the feeling I'm filling in that role 😞), and that turned out to be a key for the US version, so it didn't matter that I'm in Europe.

    I bought the key from eBay. Maybe I got a European version because the seller is German.
