@Aeternus_EAawww, I always saw the suicidal civilians and the crazed Nod sympathizer on GDI 8 as being a fun feature lol. This makes GDI 8 substantially easier. lol. Oh well, at least a lot of us will have fond memories of managing it the way it used to be :D

And kudos for reworking Hard difficulty.
