RA2 Yuri: Have wsock32.dll & 2 valid copies of C&C Ultimate. Cannot join LAN games

I'm having exact problem. 5 Ultimate collections purchased, 5 computers, and all have the same problem when trying to play Yuri's Revenge over LAN even  after the LAN patch, nee help.
