Based on unit lv cap I can tell I'm in diamond but it says master. They claimed this is a visual glitch. BTW diamond cap is 11 tho.

Hiya,
The visual glitch has been fixed and is no longer an issue.
For Rivals Champions events, your league placement is based on the best league rank (GDI or Nod) over the last three seasons. So if your best league was Master League, but you are currently in a lower league, you will still be placed in Master League.
The unit level cap is also different in Rivals Champions event. It is based off the prior league. If you placed in Master League for a Rivals Champions event, you would have a level cap of 11, as that is the level cap for Diamond League.
