Not sure where I came up with the idea (or if I just did it), but I did exactly that and am in the process of trying to get it resolved with support (going kind of slowly, though). Evidently it's some kind of account problem as support is telling me that my code is associated with a deactivated account (I don't have any deactivated accounts). Hopefully will be solved soon.
