Hello Tim,
For all issues purchase-related, you have to get in touch with our Game Advisors. Select the game, then the category of issue (Billing/Purchase), then you'll have the option to send an e-mail to our Advisors.
Include in the e-mail your account name (ingame), e-mail addresses involved and if possible the date of purchase, to simplify the verification process. Thank you. 🙂
