Thanks @izzy25307 thanks for that. I needed the 13 digit ID in your settings but I thiiiiink I found your account. Can you confirm your device for me? What was the last day you played on your account?
And to help me understand the issue, when you launch the game, what exactly happens?

Thanks @izzy25307 when you say it kicks you out. Do you mean it shows the tutorial when you boot the game? Or does the game not work at all? Do you remember how your account is linked, to email, Facebook or Google Play Games? If Google, do you have multiple Google accounts on that device?
Have you tried clearing the cache of both Rivals and Google Play Games and then launching the game?
Yes I have done all of that.
It kicks me back to a different account

@izzy25307 thanks for the quick reply. Coolio. Some follow up questions, the Rush123 account, is that an old account of yours or did someone else play on your device? I've located your account but noted something super funky. Want to make sure everything is in order on our end first. 🙂
