@daddioooooo It's a known issue, yes. It's caused by alt-tabbing out of the game.
Basically, what happens is that when you go back to full screen, you're not actually in fullscreen mode, but in borderless windowed mode with a window the size of your full screen. But the window is moved slightly down and to the right, meaning you can't actually touch those edges of the play field since they're outside of your screen.
To fix it, press Alt+Enter. This will either switch you back to real fullscreen mode, immediately fixing the problem, or will switch you to normal windowed mode, from which you just need to press Alt+Enter again to get back to real fullscreen mode.
