Red Alert 2 Issue

Question

So I just reinstalled origin, and downloaded and installed red alert 2 after I purchased them from the Origin store..

As soon as 'battle control' is given to me, everything self distructs in Red alert two, leaving me with nothing to play the scenario with.

Help please.

Yuri's Revenge works perfectly fine.

@erosaf&nbsp;That's interesting, thanks for the info on YR working. Can you try restarting your system with a Clean Boot, then launch the game as administrator and see if that has any effect?

@erosaf&nbsp;This is the result of Westwood's old anti-piracy system getting confused by the full hard disk install of Origin. It's usually fixed by doing a game reinstall.

I have already reinstalled it once to try and get rid of this issue. Is there any other ideas on ways to solve it?

Fiddle around with the game's compatibility modes (I think WinXP SP3 generally works best), and make sure to run with administrator rights.
