Red Alert 2 nad Yuri's Revenge not working after Windows 10 update
Did a new windows 10 update. Now Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge on screen buttons are not working to play game, save game etc.

I'm afraid Red Alert 2 is not affected by DirectX 9.0c.
What you will need is a new graphics renderer for the game, since the stock one is old, unsupported, and incompatible.
Your alternatives are DDrawCompat and ts-ddraw, try either and see if it works. They're both open-source and recommended by the community.

@plokite95 For Red Alert 2 and in fact all older games it is recommended that you install the drivers from that time. As such for Red Alert 2 DirectX 9 may be needed to ensure that the game runs as given Microsoft has a habit of removing components from later versions of software such as DirectX.
