Red Alert 3: Can't play online

Good afternoon. If you attempt to login to Red Alert 3 says "This account is not found" even though the game is bought in Origin. What do I do?

This really works!!!!!!!!! Damn Error! Thy a lot!

I've been having the same problem for over a week but I just logged in by changing my Online ID to random characters. I put "xkjlkdjklqwert"  you have to use your real email address and password to login.

Cheers dude - swapping out 'name ID' for a string of numbers worked for me also!

Just some more info in case it helps resolve fully - on an older laptop I tried after receiving this message it worked - once the Steam update ran after I rebooted laptop I had the problem there also.

Numbers seem to work though as a Online ID

What happens if you try either numbers only or just lower-case letters?
