Red Alert 3: Can't play online

I still get the error message "A system error occured. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support."

I still get "Disconnect Notification. Could not connect to Red Alert 3 Online".

5. Tried re-installing at least 10 times, my room-mates game works perfectly fine for going online (he has RA3 through steam), I have CNC The Ultimate Collection. I have done clean installs (registry, gamefiles, tempfiles, reboot, etc etc), I have the downloaded version of RA3. However, no RA3 version I try works (used roommates CD to install, his serial, same error). 

I personally beieve this is related to some type of handshake the client is making to the server that either- A. Does not exist anymore, or B. Whatever I am passing in, is invalid.

1. Date, time (with timezone) when you first experienced this: I havent been unable to connect since i bought this game. Just check today, still got "cannot connect to red alert 3 online". My timezone is gmt +8. I have 2 copies of this game. both have the same issue.

I bought 2 copies of this game solely to play campaign coop. till today, i believe my investment goes to waste.

still cant online, cant login

why so long already still cant fix the problem, EA really bad than steam, steam have a very fast respone and service, not like this bad service

Just bought Red Alert 3. Also getting error "Couldnt connect to Red Alert 3 online". Tried running on both Origin and Steam.
