Red Alert 3 Not launching

I bought the C&C ultimate collection. Uprising is launching and working fine, but Red Alert 3 just won't launch. After I clicked it the launcher will disappear and the game isn't showing up. I tried to open RA3 from the folders instead of origin, but when I double click RA3.exe, it would say windows can't locate C:/program files x86/origin games/ command and conquer red alert 3/ red alert 3/ ra3.exe 

However, the .exe file is clearly there. And I was able to launch RA3 a while ago, but now for some reason, it just won't launch, I tried to reinstall or fix the game, running as admin, but nothing fixes it...
