red alert 3

 hello i was woundering if anyone can help me please i brought red alert 3 from ebay which was sealed and new i installed the game but when i went to play it it came up with the red alert 3 then said that the code has been used and that i need to purchase another code but the game was sealed as new can someone please help on what i need to do
