"Red Alert three" and "Red Alert three: Uprising" not in the platform login

Hello: my "Red Alert three" and "Red Alert three: Uprising", appeared the following tips "forsecurity teasons, the registration code for your game has been deactivate.please refer toyour customer service website to resolve this issue.", how can I solve?

    It sounds like you need to contact customer support. Only they can handle account issues like lost registration codes, recovering passwords, changing email addresses, purchasing/refunds, etc. Here is a link to contact them: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask
