Relocate Player button has put me in the wrong place twice

I have twice used this feature to move to my Allies and twice it has put me in the wrong place. First time I thought I made an error. Second time I was careful and made sure I targeted the SW sector, moving from East sector... I am now in West Sector, Nowhere near where I targeted and now I have to wait seven days... And I keep being directed here when I really want to talk to EA directly....
