i have mentioned in reddit that this forum has active members and I was one of them,
given the forum is linked in the game’s message board, it is naturally the first stop for some players to discuss and report bugs.
why on earth that the offical forum from the publishers own website be neglect and devs go in fav of third party??? So I guess even the devs don’t trust €@ huh?
please properly report some of the big bugs here and cross reference with those reported else where.
get a proper graphics and balance patch out, show long term players the game isn’t near dead on life support, bring back popular modes like war game, then introduce new units and features etc,

Firstly, I did not mean to say that we should leave AHQ and jump onto Reddit. My apologies for not getting here earlier and I'll ensure to participate in our discussions moving on.
The team is aware of these issues - iOS 13 graphics & phone temperature, Scavengers not being banned, Replays not saving in favorites, Mammoth unit freezes mid battle - and I'll let you know as soon as they're fixed.
I've also asked the team to check on bringing Vanity items back.
We do have a balance update coming soon in December along with a new unit. This is due in December 2nd week, so I'll be posting more details soon.

Your Game is a complete and utter joke, the ladder game is nothing more than a way of extorting monies from the good folk who play. Masters 1 now pits you against 13s, so the majority of folk who have10s and 11s stand NO chance, the game is designed to pit higher-ranked players against you more often than against your own level or lower, so folks buy, you are nothing more than capitalists because you're always outmatched 8 to 2 with the occasional no-lose battle.... - @brotherbaz1 Frustrating thing, but you cannot expect to climb into top 10 with lvl 10 units unless you are god talented. But you are most probably not as you are complaining here. If the majority of lvl 10 players are under Masters 1, how should the game match you with them? Be proud, that you can reach Masters 1 with lvl 10 units, keep playing, keep upgrading units and reach lvl 12-13. Not a big deal if you are focusing on certain units.
