Starting C&C Renegade from Origin launches another game game

I have the C&C ultimate collection. When installing from disc C&C Renegade works. When I install and launch it from Origin it starts the Longest Journey which is also on my PC, but is not in Origin! It has nothing to do with Origin, bought it on GOG.

All the Renegade game files seem to be OK (I compared to the manual disc install), Even the config util works. But when I click play in Origin it always launches the Longest Journey. I don't have a clue what's going on! 

Any ideas? Thx

    I know this is an old topic now, but I had the same problem. As far as I can tell, Windows was prioritizing the wrong game.exe, in this case the one in The Longest Journey's folder. Renaming that made Renegade work. Not exactly a permanent solution, but at least I can now play the game I wanted to.

    Hope this helps anyone else who comes across this problem.
