At the conclusion of my last Nod Rivals race, I failed to receive any rewards or a notification about its completion. Instead, the game prompts me after every match that a Rivals race has started but it doesn’t show a list of participants from my group. When I try to start a Nod match, it doesn’t show any indication that I’m currently in a race.
I have been stuck for two weeks in a "RACE HAS BEGUN" popup screen with no race, exactly as you pictured but in the GDI ladder. This happened at a time when I played for a few matches, didn't see a Race start at the time, but then didn't open the app for days, which was probably the whole duration of the race I should have been put into.
Since it persists through app and phone restarts already, I cleared the cache.
Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app from my phone.
Then I cleared the full app data.
As it turns out, my old phone still works, so I opened the app on my now obsolete device, and the "RACE HAS BEGUN" on that device also, with no race in existence.
This is on their end.
P.S. This is preventing me from being put into a new race as well. I've cycled through at least one other NOD race and a new one just started, but this bug is blocking me from being put into a new GDI one at the same time. I've played this game for years so I know I should be in a new one by now.
What is broken is that they hand out colossal crates for races and nothing else. Not for winning events, and not for moving up in leagues. That makes races more important than doing well at anything else https://vlc.onl/.
