    The issue resolved itself after roughly 14hours I was able to verify my account as well, just in case it happens again.

Hey @zakariaj did this ever complete for you? What time approx did you try purchase the pack?

    Around 11pm yesterday. Reinstalled the app this morning and its working now.

        Same issue however I do not have the liberty of uninstalling and reinstalling because at the time of the issue I did not have a EA account and it therefore isn't verified.  occurred around noon today Bahrain time and continues to prevent gameplay.
