Survey Rewards - not received

Product: Command & Conquer: Rivals
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Xiaomi Mi5s
OS Version Android 7
What is your Player ID? 1003074610719
What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug I did the survey on 2 November 2018. However, it's been 7 days and I haven't received the survey rewards. It was previously mentioned here (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-Information/Early-bird-gifts/m-p/7149180#M1892) that the survey rewards should be credited within 5-8 days. I know it's been only 7 days, but still, I thought I'd raise the issue now.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

    Hi @Rod911_119,

    The Diamonds haven't gone out quite yet. It was intended that they go out today; however, we ran into an issue this morning where the message to claim the diamonds was sent, but players weren't able to receive them. We're looking into what went wrong; as soon as we figure that out, we'll send out the diamonds for real to everyone. Sorry for the delay ☹️

    Thanks for the quick reply.  I'll keep an eye out for it.  I didn't receive the "claim" message, so, hopefully, I will still end up getting the rewards.

    Yep, you definitely still will. As soon as we realized there was an issue with the claim message, we stopped it so we could investigate and fix the issue. Once we're sure the issue has been resolved, we'll send it again to everyone 🙂

    I'll try to give an update once it's fixed so that y'all know the diamonds are on their way.

    Hi @Rod911_119,

    Apologies for the delay. The tech issues that happened last week had to due with Update 1.2, so we needed to wait until the newest version went out to all our players. As soon as I get confirmation that the tech side is squared away, we'll be sending out the inbox message again. I'm hoping that it won't take too much longer to get them out to y'all. Again, sorry for the delay!

    So what happen with the months of delay on 1000 dia survey? I'm not holding my breath on the new 600 dia survey. Even though I did both survey's to try and help the game.
