Against the Mammoth tank and the Avatar, air units that are strong vs. vehicles are best. At player level 41 you should have access to: Orca, Mohawk Gunship, Banshee, Laser Drones. So I would suggest to add one of those to your deck.
The best strategy vs. those superunits is to end the game quickly. This is not easy, but it can be done by:
1.) Always charging the missile pads. Always, always, ALWAYS. Even if this means stepping off the pads yourself and letting your opponent charge the missile temporarily. Of course, you need to take it back with reinforcements then before it fires.
2.) If you can, put pressure on your opponent's harvesters. This makes them spend Tiberium on defending them, which in turn helps you. However charging the pads is more important than attacking the harvesters.
3.) Micro-managing your units. Constantly reposition them to bring the right counter to your opponent's attack, and/or attack your opponent's units with troops of yours that are strong against their type of unit.
Also, try attacking the enemy base directly after you launch your 1st missile. Flame troopers, shock-wave troopers and shatterers are good for the job. Most players can't easily defend against a base rush involving 3 or 4 flame troopers or other anti-structure unit. Try also using the giga cannon, if its well defended on your enemy base, it will take it within a few seconds.
