Unable to receive messages or alliance invites
Started a second account, on this account I am not able to receive messages or an invite from my alliance my other account is in? any thought would be most welcome.

The EA staff & developers for this game have previously stated they do not monitor or follow these forums. Also, very few experienced players (if any) come here too. You would do better posting all future problems/comments to the dedicated C&C:TA forums at: http://forum.alliances.commandandconquer.com/index.php
I suggest you contact one of the community managers.
After logging into the dedicated game forums above, go to the CnC: TA community managers profile page here: rhiordd (link included). Scroll down the left side and click on Send rhiordd a private message. (link included). In your message, include as much information about your problem as possible. eg. account name, world/server, date/time (if possible), etc.
