Unfair Born Position?
We did the same but the result is different. You see he has no lag. Simply because his on the right side, the cyberwheels build tab is just next to where my tiberium field is while I have to move my mouse across the whole screen!

Next you said that you have to "move your mouse" so I assume you use Bluestacks. Playing on PC has the advantage of better micro, but sometimess you have to move your mouse quite a bit across the screen, which is a disadvantage. If you want to get the first unit out faster here are 2 tips:
- As soon as you build it, instantly move your mouse toward the desired destination and already start spamclicking. Keep clicking until the mouse is over the desired square, then of course you can stop x). This way the unit starts moving a bit earlier which may buy you like 0.2 seconds of time. In your situation it would have helped.
- If you use bluestacks, you can use keyboard shortcuts, so you can have 1-6 for your units for example. While the 3-2-1-counter counts down you move your mouse over the spot you want to go, and as soon as it ends you press 1 (build cyberwheel) and click (move cyberwheel). You save time that way.
