      No. Rocket/laser vs dogs interaction is the exact same. HOWEVER, if you have a rifle squad tickling the dogs at the same time as the rockets, they will 1 shot them now.

    How can i battle with an opponent with already advanced technology and money? They already had particle canon. So sad.

    i only rely on tiberium available
