Cant finish chapter 12 because airlock door wont open

The title suggests what I'm going thru right now. I'm at the end and I can't start from my last save point because the marker door is bugged going thru the shuttle. So I can only move forward. Please fix this bug I heard this has been going on since February of last year like huh?
